Personal data in LAAX is:
General personal details: First name, surname, date of birth/age, address, phone number, photo, interests/preferences, self-provided information (local, marital status etc.)
Identifiers: Primary key card, media IDs, membership numbers
Bank details: Credit card information, account details
Online data: IP address, MAC address, location information, Google Analytics
Physical characteristics: Weight, clothing size, shoe size, gender (such data is stored only at LAAX Rental)
Property information: Vehicle registration, holiday apartment ownership
Client data: Ticket purchases, hotel bookings, reservations, purchases in shops
Assessment documentation: Job references, certificates
Material relationships: WAG shares, rocksresort apartment owner
Your rights are:

You have the option of requesting information from us at any time as to which personal data WAG stores and processes about you. We will provide you with this information electronically via email.
To obtain information, please proceed as follows:
1. Create a ticket on our LAAX Support website with the subject line: „Information about my personal data“.
2. Tell us your surname, first name, birthday and any email addresses that might be registered with us. Often people are registered with a different email address in the Inside LAAX App than in the Newsletter, for example. If you provide us with all email addresses, we can ensure that we can send you all the information.
3. Let us know any additional information, for example if you have stayed at a WAG hotel or rented equipment at LAAX Rental. This makes it easier for us to find your details and we can give you information more quickly.

3. It helps us a lot if you tell us in which service/system you wish to have your data deleted. For example, „Please delete my data from the Topcard distribution list“, „Please delete my telephone number from the INSIDE LAAX App“ or „Please delete all my data stored with WAG“.
